The SWAT model and GIS interfaces developed through the research program over the years had significant impact on international research groups. International research institutions from Germany, Switzerland, Italy, India, China, and Mexico are using the tools developed for advancement of their science and research findings to address nonpoint source pollution movement and ways in which to control these pollutants through best management plans. In the sections linked below, information about the various collaborative international activities including seminars, workshops and conferences conducted are provided that support this effort.
